4-5PM | Refocus, Realign, Reset
The description is in the name:
- Refocus: Start by turning the lens back on yourself and find out what is going on mentally. Where is the mind focused? Is it racing and unsettled? Worried or scared? Totally calm and focused? By acknowledging the workings of the mind in the present moment the map of your needs will be revealed.
- Realign: Lead by the revelation of your needs and supported by breath fueled movement, we will mindfully move the body using asanas (postures) dictated by the needs and abilities of the students in the class. Any and all limitations such as health conditions, pain/soreness, physical injury or recovery will be met with care and compassion.
- Reset: While resting in Shavasana (corpse pose), letting go of the practice and the week past, we will set intentions to call upon over the course of your week. These intentions/commitments will keep you grounded and connected to yourself regardless of what happens.

Join me for an 8 week session all about Sun Salutation!
In this session, there will be eight full practices where you will learn 3 variations of Sun Salutation: seated in a chair, standing with a chair, and standing. These variations will give you the tools to choose which is best for your practice!
These classes will be held and recorded via Zoom so if you are unable to attend the live Zoom session, you will receive the recordings in your inbox to do at your leisure for 4 weeks after the session is over.
This session will be on Mondays from 8:00-9:00AM starting on Monday July 6th until Monday August 24th. Access to all recordings will be available until September 21st. *Price includes tax
2-3PM | Mindful Mobility
A Hatha yoga class with a particular focus on mobility. In this class we will mobilize the body with anti-rheumatic bending/flexing and rotation, simple core asanas, as well as some basic balance work for everyday life. This class is about the inner workings of the mind and the physical body with the goal of supporting overall well-being. Please email me at yogaforall29@gmail.com to book.

6-7PM via Zoom | *NEW!* Yug: a community class |July 7 – August 25 | $5/ class
Yug is the root word of yoga meaning union. Join me in this open level class that was designed to celebrate union as a community and the union with all the levels of ourselves.
Once you register, you will receive a Zoom invitation 5-10 minutes prior to class starting and after class you will receive a recording of the class that you will get to keep for 4 weeks after the date of class.

6:30PM | Halotherapy Relaxation Meditation
Join me in this 30 minute class for the relaxing combination of halotherapy and guided meditation in the Salt Room. The focus of this class is releasing tension in both the mind and body while improving respiratory health.

6:15-7:15PM | Weekly Wind Down
In this class, we will move slowly, connecting into the breath and the breath to movement to release the week. This class will focus on tuning into the needs of the mind and body while addressing those needs gently and with purpose.
